Order Processing Cutoff

Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

All shipped orders are sent via standard delivery and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)

We offer Local Pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Orders selected for Local Pickup are prepared within approximately 5 business days.

Pickup requires a scheduled appointment. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to schedule your pickup time through our spa scheduling system (Vagaro).

To ensure a calm and uninterrupted experience for all guests, walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive for pickup.
